Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

  1. Order Processing: We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been verified.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options for your convenience, with estimated delivery times specified at the checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen.

  3. Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are determined by your chosen shipping method and destination. These fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

  4. Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

  5. International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

At Lift Equipment and Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely content with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in "like new" condition, which means:

  • The item should be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and free from any damage or wear.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at lift.eaa@gmail.com to request a return and we will reach out with either a return label or an address to use to set up a return

  2. Confirmation Email: You should have received a "return purchase" option in your confirmation email. Simply click the link and follow the instructions to set up a quick and easy return. 
  1. Packaging: Securely package your item to ensure no damage to the product. Any damage to the product not specified before the return will be assumed fault of consumer and Lift Equipment and Apparel will not be held responsible for the item or costs.

  2. Return Address: We will provide you with the appropriate return address once your return request is approved.

  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

  4. Exchange: If you have received a product that you believe has been damaged in shipping, we are more than happy to return to item and send you a replacement as soon as we receive and inspect the item in question.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we are not offering refunds at this time. If you would like to return or exchange the item, please follow the instructions above and a Lift Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you.

Lift Equipment and Apparel reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions specified in this policy. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
